I am really interested by the study result saying that intermittent fasting can aid endurance training but disrupt strength training. have often wondered…

  1. elizabethberry answered: Last summer I unintentionally intermittently fasted. Great for fat loss, but I didn’t do any strength training, so I can’t comment on that :)
  2. beta-for-veronika answered: personally i have been doing it for a few days and lo and be hold i now have a serious cold. idk if its related but i eat VERY clean so..??
